If you are applying this product to concrete it will provide a seal for liquids used on top of the product, however this product will not act as a damp proof membrane for rising damp or similar.

Question
Can I use this to seal a joint between old and new tarmac?
We've just had a double dropped curb installed and a new section of tarmac laid on the pavement. The new section of tarmac has been laid joining onto and existing section and I would like to seal the joint between the old and new section to stop the edges of the new tarmac lifting and crumbling. Can I use this paint and if not, what should I use?
