I want to seal a conctrete garage floor to stop the surface powdering and causing dust. Which product will do this?
Prefer not to change the colour of the floor.

I have been advised by my fireplace installer that I should seal the concrete below the hearth from damp and to use something called 'blackjack'
I have been advised by my fireplace installer that I should seal the concrete below the hearth from damp before tiling and to use something called 'blackjack', is this the same type of thing, is it suitable for this purpose ?

If you are applying this product to concrete it will provide a seal for liquids used on top of the product, however this product will not act as a damp proof membrane for rising damp or similar.

The approximate coverage of this product will be 10-15 m2 depending on what type of surface it is applied to.

Can this paint be used to paint over oil stains?
I'm looking to smarten up the middle strip of our drive which has oil stains on it. It's a standard two strips of flags with concrete down the middle but there are some oil stains on the centre bit. I am looking for somethign to mask this and paint the whole centre strip.
