We can confirm when mixing our levelling compound you will need to slowly add 1 Pack to 5 litres of clean, warm water.
Stir vigorously until a smooth, creamy paste is attained.
Do not mix more levelling compound than you can apply within 20 minutes.

When using this product the surface will need to be at least semi porous.

We would advise against using this levelling compound directly over waterproofed concrete as this will not adhere properly.

Whilst you would be able to use this product to level a concrete floor we would always recommend the use of a damp proof membrane when fitting a wooden floor. We would consider this to be standard practice to protect the flooring from moisture.

Question
Latex or none latex self leveling compound ?
I have a two week old screed floor (not sealed and dusty if rubbed firmly) which has two areas that need to be raised 20-25mm. I’ve been told I should only put a latex levelling compound onto a screed floor because it will bond better than non latex. Q: is this so?
Q: Should I use a latex compound on the screed but then build up the depth with Deep Base compound (Product 154050) or is there a better product that will Bond and do the Depth in one go?

This levelling compound is not suitable to be used at the depth you require. We would suggest that the Deep Base levelling compound would be the most suitable product for your use but would need further information to be able to advise you correctly.
