Yes, it can be used over underfloor heating. It is important that when heating is switched on, the temperature is increased slowly to allow the board to condition (if your heating is increased too quickly, the board may move slightly - shrink - with the moisture loss).

Yes, you can lay laminate directly onto your floor. However, for thin laminates it is recommended that you overlay with thin ply (say 6mm) as there can sometimes be 'show through' of the TG joints.

Question
can this boarding be used for a kitchen floor?
was thinking of using these as an alternative for my kitchen floor as the cavity between foundations and floor sometimes becomes damp, the water resistanse of these would be ideal. but would they be strong/durable enough for use as a kitchen floor?
(other flooring would also go down ontop of it)

Yes. You might actually find them lot more stable than standard floorboards. Really good to tile over as well. but dont forget to seal it propely with PVA before putting anything on top.

Question
600mm Joist Centres For Garage Loft?
Hi

I would like to board out the loft sapce in my garage and the joists are at 600mm centres.

As this space is not used for domestic purposes and there is not enough head height to stand up there, would I be able to use this board as the recommended centres are 400mm?

The area is approx 40m square meters.

Thanks

Question
Can I lay laminate flooring directly on top of this tongue and groove?
I'm creating a floor in a basement using various surfaces to protect against sound and mild moisture. I plan to lay this with laminate over it. Would it work or would it need another layer between the tongue and groove and the laminate?
