Question
Shall I buy a new one?
Our thermostat stopped working since a month ago. I've tried several times to restart and reprogrammed but failed, the heating didn't work at all. After resetting the device few times, now the thermostat didn't show any activity. The screen only shows one set of number. We only bought it in May 2008 and it worked perfectly last winter. If we buy a new one, do you think it will solve the problem.

Its ok I rang the helpline and they were fantastic, it was us messing it up, she got it programmed and working fine in a 10min phone conversation.

Can this timer be installed in Zone 3 of a Bathroom?
I've heard that the timer has to be IP21 rated in order to do this.
